ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Certification
ISO 9001 is the standard that is used by organisations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement. Most businesses will have procedures in place to measure quality, but may have certain documentation and procedures missing and therefore cannot supply evidence for an audit for ISO. At CDL, we can supply complete manuals with correct documentation and procedures for companies that are wanting to become ISO certified.

Over the years we have had micro size businesses want to implement ISO 9001:2015 to their businesses for a tender. There is one question they always ask, “How can I have a managers meetings on my own?” Reviewing the system would look at the corrective & preventive actions, customer and employee surveys, supplier quality, and staff training records. If you are a sole trader or the CEO of a business with 1000 staff, it’s imperative that you review the management system and gather data to ensure that the system in place is conforming to the standard.
Straightforward Certification
At CDL we have tried to make the process as straightforward as possible, so we created the 5 step process of becoming a ISO certified.
- Enquire and apply for ISO certification – purchase of manuals
- CDL provide the manuals
- Your organisation acknowledges the responsibilities of the manuals
- Certification can be issued (12 months expiry)
- Over 12 months you collate evidence that the system is in place for the surveillance audit (conducted prior to expiry)
Once the audit is complete and successful, then the organisation can be provided with re-certification for a further 12 months.
